HOW:  TBA, SGM Clohessy will advise

UOD:  VCA Parade Dress, White Pants, Large Medals, Sabers for Sidemen.  Changing facilities available in the Amory.  AR 670-1 grooming standards apply.

NOTE:  Meet time 1000hrs for coffee (inside).  At 1030hrs, march from the Armory to the Central Park statuary approx. 4 blocks away for a short memorial service to include wreath laying and Taps, and a return march.  There will be a program inside the armory with necrology and speeches by the Seventh Veterans initiated with flag posting (approx. 1130hrs) followed by a luncheon for all participants and audience members (approx. between 1200 and 1500hrs).  They would prefer to have the Colors retired at the end of ceremonies before the luncheon, but can discuss alternatives the day of the event, if this is problematic for the VCA.  BG Principe has said VCA may wear uniform(s) of their own choosing, HOWEVER, confer with SGM first.  *** All VCA members cordially invited ***

The OIC and NCOIC have the FINAL say on the performance and direction of the COLOR GUARD.  There should be no need for other service members of the Seventh to be utilized in the VCA Colors Formation.
