Since most of us are within driving distance, it is possible for you to attend all or part of the events without staying at the hotel.  If you wish to do so, you must contact MAJ Hess with a list of events you want to attend.  MAJ Hess will confirm the cost for your specific itinerary.  For example:  if you want to only attend the Annual Banquet on Saturday, 21 OCT, the cost will be approximately $125 per person.
