The Fort Hamilton High School Cadet Corps has collected over 100 new, unwrapped toys for sick and needy children and has asked for our assistance to locate a good cause and to help distribute the toys to children.

Cadets and some members of the VCA will be attending a “Breakfast with Santa” to give out toys to chronically sick outpatient kids and hospitalized children. We may need Santa Helpers, drivers and vehicles for the toys. Please respond to the undersigned if you wish to volunteer. Details below:

Who – VCA in good standing

What – FHHS JROTC and VCA “Toys for Tots”

Where – Nassau University Medical Center – 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554 – Some may be able to meet at Fort Hamilton for G-vehicle.

When – Saturday, 22 December – Report NLT 0900 at Med Center. Fort Hamilton TBD – Ends approximately 1330-1400

Why – Support FHHS JROTC and sick children

UOD – Cadets – As per MTI – VCA – ACU’s with PC.
