WHO:  Color Guard

WHAT:  The 104th Flag Service of the Historical and Genealogical Societies of New York

WHEN:  09 November 2025 (Sunday), Report Time NLT 1400hrs.  Service to begin at 1500hrs – duration 2 hours +/-

WHERE:  Saint Thomas Church, 1 West 53rd Street, New York, NY – muster in Andrew Hall.  VCA will lead all historical and genealogical societies with National Colors, NY State Flag, and VCA Flag.  Contingent will march through townhouse hallways, through church aisles and sit in front pews.  In addition to presenting Colors during the church service, VCA will lead contingent out at the conclusion of the service.  Reception to follow at the church.  Street parking.

UOD:  VCA Parade Dress, Black Trousers with sabers.  ASU with prior approval.  AR 670-1 grooming standards apply and will be enforced.

HOW:  3 Flags (National, State, VCA), 3 Harnesses, White Gloves, 3 Flag Stands
