UOD:  VCA Parade Dress, White Pants and Sabers / ASUs and OCPs.  PLEASE INDICATE YOUR UNIFORM WHEN REGISTERING IN NOTES.  Changing facilities are available at USCG.  AR 670-1 grooming standards apply.
