UOD:  VCA Parade Dress, White Pants, Large Medals, Swords for Sidemen, ASUs and OCPs with authorization, AR670-1 grooming standards apply and will be enforced, changing facilities TBD

NOTE:  MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW.  Assembly at 1030hrs at West 43rd Street and 5th Avenue, behind NYS Courts Emerald Society.  The Parade route begins on 5th Avenue at 44th Street and ends on 79th Street.  The VCASNY has been asked to be towards the front of the parade with the Irish contingents.
