NEW USAG Fort Hamilton NCIC Waiver – Mandatory Background Check – must be submitted to CPT Epstein NLT Thursday, October 1

WHO:  All members in good standing with the VCASNY and Spouses / Guests

WHAT:  Opening Cocktail Reception

WHERE:  USAG Fort Hamilton Community Club, 207 Sterling Drive, Brooklyn, NY – SEE NOTE and NCIC WAIVER Instructions

Reminder: per Article II, Section 2 of the Redbook the Opening Cocktail Reception is one of the four mandatory annual events.  Please make every effort to attend!

• Enter your FULL Social Security number
• Your signature must be handwritten on the form
• Email completed NCIC Waiver to CPT Epstein jepstein@vcasny.org NLT 01 OCT 2026
• If you do not submit your properly completed NCIC WAIVER by 01 OCT 2026, you will not be permitted into USAG Fort Hamilton

Only exceptions to the NCIC Waiver:

• Have a valid Federal Military ID or
• A current USAG Fort Hamilton background check plus a valid VCASNY ID
