MISSION:  July 4th

WHO:  All soldiers in good standing

WHAT:  Flag raising, followed by a march with the Lower Manhattan Historical Society, lunch to follow at Fraunces Tavern

WHERE: Battery Park, NYC.  Muster at U.S. Coast Guard parking lot (1 South St, NYC) alongside Coast Guard Recruit & Service Center

WHEN: 4 July 2021h, report NLT 0930 hours

UOD:
1.  Parade Dress.
2.  If not in possession of Parade Dress, VCASNY ASUs (if you are in compliance with AR670-1)
3.  If not in possession of ASUs or out of compliance with AR670-1, VCASNY Corps Blazer and Tie (navy blue blazer, white shirt and gray dress slacks)

CCIRs:
     1.  Due to ongoing construction at the Coast Guard building, we will have no access to changing areas.  Please come prepared to change in the parking lot.
2.  If you need to park at the Coast Guard lot, please advise MAJ Capra ASAP via email (rcapra@vcasny.org) of vehicle year, make, model, and license plate (include state of registration). Ride sharing preferred. MAJ Capra to be on site to coordinate arrivals.
3.  Formation with LMHA at 1130 hours in front of Castle Clinton.  Line of march commences at 1200 hrs along Broadway to Beaver St. to Broad St. up to Federal Hall, turning down Wall St. to South Street and ending at South Street Seaport, Pier 16.  An NYPD escort will lead the way.
