Color Guard will carry 3 Flags, US Colors, The Flag of 1812 & The VCA Flag.
Colors will be made available to any SM participating in the event of the 21st that attends the Staff meeting at Ft Hamilton on Feb 20th. Arrangements also have been made to position the flags after the event as to have them available for the detail on the 23rd.

Those who are selected to participate will be invited to attend the dinner afterwards
