What: Evacuation Day Celebration. The VCA was founded on Evacuation Day, 25 NOV 1790

When: 24 NOV 17. CG & FM report NLT 0915
Members report NLT 1000 Event will start 1030

Where: Federal Hall, 26 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005

UOD: Parade Dress, Shako, Black Pants, Large Medals; CG White Gloves.
Others without Parade Dress – Corps Blazer & Tie, or ASU

The National Park Service will provide a changing room on the 2nd Floor. If you are changing leave time to find parking and report on time. Take your wallet with you; Park Service is not responsible for valuables.

There will be a Color Guard to start the event followed by a talk at Federal Hall.

Following the talk we will march to Bowling Green where the Union Jack will be lowered and the Stars and Stripes raised.

There *may be* a “Dutch Treat” lunch after the event at Fraunces Tavern.
