WHEN:  11 November 2025 (Tuesday), Report Time NLT 0930hrs – muster location Park Avenue Armory, Main Entrance, 643 Park Avenue, release time 1500hrs – see note

WHERE:  Seventh Regiment Armory, 643 Park Avenue, NYC (between East 66th Street & East 67th Street), street parking

UOD: VCA Parade Dress, Black Trousers with sabers.  ASU/OCP with prior approval.  Changing facilities available.  AR 670-1 grooming standards apply and will be enforced.

HOW:  3 Flags (National, State, VCA), 3 Harnesses, White Gloves, 3 Flag Stands

WHY:  Supporting the Veterans of the Seventh Regiment

NOTE:  Coffee available at 1000hrs.  At 1030hrs, march from the Armory to the Central Park statuary approx. 4 blocks away for a short memorial service to include wreath laying and Taps, and a return march.  There will be a program inside the armory with necrology and speeches by the Seventh Veterans initiated with flag posting (approx. 1130hrs) followed by a luncheon for all participants and members (approx. between 1200 and 1500hrs).  BG Principe would prefer to have the Colors retired at the end of ceremonies before the luncheon, but we can discuss alternatives the day of the event.
