Other: Gentlemen, the TBTA has supported the VCA with both security and logistics support for some time now and here’s our chance to return the courtesy.  In similar fashion to a military CoC ceremony, we will fire a 9-round salute for this event.  The salute will be made at their headquarters on Randalls Island but please note that due to parking constraints, we will muster at the Fort Wadsworth motor pool and will carpool from there.
