WHERE: Seventh Regiment Armory, 643 Park Avenue, NYC (between East 66th Street & East 67th Street), street parking
UOD: Corps Mess Dress, VCA PD, ASU, OCP (with prior approval by SGM), or civilian black tie for attendees. Changing facilities available. AR 670-1 grooming standards apply and will be enforced.

NOTE: Event starts at 1200hrs with a cocktail hour. A reception line is formed to greet the guests, with CG/FM accompaniment from VCASNY. There will be an indoor program with talks our VCASNY Commandant and by each of the other units now and in the past affiliated with the Seventh Regiment Armory, which is initiated with a flag posting (approx. 1245hrs) followed by a food spread for all participants and audience members (approx. between 1315 and 1500hrs). BG Principe would prefer to have the Colors retired at the end of ceremonies, but can discuss alternatives the day of the event.
