Pentagon preparing for more Wikileaks

A DoD task force is assessing the possible damage that may be caused by the expected leak of approximately 400,000 classified significant activity reports from Iraq operations. According to the Geoff Morrell, the Pentagon Press Secretary, the activity reports are “essentially snapshots of events, both tragic and mundane, and do not tell the whole story”; additionally, Marine Corps. Col. Dave Lapan says, “The problem with WikiLeaks is it goes beyond just taking out names of people, there is lots of other information that could be damaging, and they don’t have the expertise to know what they are.”
