Additional Reminder: per Article II, Section 2, the Mess Dinner is one of the four mandatory annual events as laid out in the Redbook. Please make every effort to attend!

The RSVP deadline is 20 December 2025. Please note: cost increase for any RSVP after deadline will be an additional $25 per person or $35 per couple.

Please register as soon as possible so we can determine a head count, but no later than 20 December 2025.
COST:
- $TBD per person for Enlisted, $TBD for Spouses, Significant Others, or Guests of Enlisted.
- $TBD per person for Commissioned, Warrant Officers, $TBD for Spouses, Significant Others, or Guests of Commissioned, Warrant Officers.
- RSVP After deadline or unregistered/at the door: additional $TBD per person or $TBD per couple and is subject to availability.

MENU:
There will be multiple choices of entrees including a vegetarian option. If you have any religious restrictions or gluten intolerance, please notify the Commissary, CPT Epstein in advance.
UOD:
- VCA: Evening Mess Dress (1812- Frock Coat) with military miniature medals. If you are not yet in possession of the VCA mess dress, the uniform is Army dress blues or mess dress with bow tie. If you do not have either, then you may wear Black Tie (tuxedo and bow tie). Corps Blazer and Tie is not approved.
- Military: Equivalent for Active Duty, ASU/mess dress with bowtie.
- Military guests from outside the VCA are asked to appear in their individual dress uniform of their branch of service.
- If you are not in possession of a military dress uniform or are a non-military guest: Black tie (tuxedo and bow tie) for men, evening/cocktail dress for women.
REMINDER: Registration must be ACCEPTED below with notes, and payment can only be made via PayPal.
