Camp Smith arrangements have already been made

This is our first AT at Camp Smith in a long time so we will also be having a dining-in at West Point on Friday May 10.

Who – All active VCA and prospective VCA members with serious intent to join. You will be sponsoring them.

When –  Advance party arrives early May 9

Thursday May 9 – All others report May 9 between 1600-2000 (TBD)

Friday May 10 – Range – long, Other training, including zeroing, safety, etc.

Friday May 10 – Annual Meeting – Section Chief 2018 reports are due now. Send reports to CSM.

Friday May 10 – Dining-In – Mess Dress for all, formal for prospective members

Saturday May 11 – Range P in the AM –

May 9-11 – Other training

Saturday May 11 – Depart by 1300

UOD – ACU with PC

DINING-in UOD – Mess Dress

Cost for activities will follow ASAP.

Paid military guests (active, retired, reserve, etc) are welcomed to attend the dining-in. No spouses.

Due to printed dating, we will be giving out our mess dinner Journal at the dining-in.
